Storytelling with Financials
Description
This session will help leaders use and communicate their financials to increase transparency, donations, and impact. Leaders will better understand their organization’s financial health and how to talk about it with stakeholders like donors, board members, staff, and more. Attendees will learn how to interpret their basic financial statements and calculate key metrics, then translate those into an interesting story. This is a practical yet inspirational session for busy leaders who want to tell the story of their numbers clearly and confidently but have a hard time translating a spreadsheet into words.
