In this session, you will receive an honest account of one foundation's conversion process including successes, lessons learned, and outcomes. Tracy VanSolkema of Grand Rapids Community Foundation will discuss how they rallied their entire staff and what they learned that made the conversion successful. Lastly, Tracy will talk about how the foundation has successfully used Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, and BBNC to advance its mission, build relationships, and make data-driven decisions.
