Kayla joined Blackbaud in 2007 and has been working with customers in the philanthropic space since, via product support, product training, project management of Blackbaud solutions and acting as Executive Sponsor on numerous NXT implementations for customers across the continental US and Canada. Kayla currently serves as a Sr. Manager in Blackbaud's Professional Department where she supports both Blackbaud Business Analysts and Project Managers as well as Blackbaud customers who implement Blackbaud solutions.

Kayla is actively involved in her local church that supports numerous philanthropic organizations in the Charleston, South Carolina community. Kayla also enjoys volunteering with local high schools to mentor students who are participating in the Jefferson Awards Program.
