As a Senior Business Analyst, Orion concentrates on business process improvement achieved through the optimal design, configuration, and implementation of The Financial Edge NXT solution. He specializes on the delivery of a tailored solution that incorporates industry best practices to meet an organization’s essential management, operations, and reporting requirements.

Orion started at Blackbaud on the Support team where he cross-trainer into multiple products. He quickly transitioned to a Support Lead where he worked closely with the Product Management team on the implementation of Financial Edge NXT.

Orion is actively involved in his community, with volunteer work at local animal shelters and fostering animals.
