Erin Stitzel is a principal consultant at Accordant Health specializing in creating and implementing grateful patient strategies. With a focus on fostering clinician engagement, Erin creates partnerships to collaborate physicians, nurses and other frontline caregivers in philanthropic initiatives. Prior to joining Accordant Health, Erin advanced fund development at a large regional multi-hospital system, Mount Carmel Health System, that is part of one of the largest national not-for-profit health care systems, Trinity Health. Erin was honored as a member of the AHP “40 Under 40” class of 2018.
