Elizabeth was born in Mexico, grew up in California, and now lives in West Vancouver with her husband Jesse and two children (who both attend Mulgrave School, the International School of Vancouver). She earned a BA in French Literature from UCSD and a BEd and MA from National University in San Diego. Before moving to Canada, she spent 10 years as a teacher in Grades 1-6. Now as Assistant Head of School for Development, Elizabeth feels fortunate to be able to see the value of a private school education from the perspective of a parent, teacher, and administrator.
