Tisha Martin is the senior director of prospect management and research at Boise State University, where she oversees the process for identifying and tracking prospects through the donor engagement cycle. Tisha and her team are responsible for providing information, reports and detailed analysis pertaining to major, planned and principal gift prospects/donors to Boise State. The program plays a critical role in enhancing biographical and financial data, and determining gift capacity and inclination levels. She graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in guidance and counseling.
