COVID-19 EVENT UPDATE
The safety of CIO4Good summit attendees, speakers, and staff is our highest priority. A dedicated team at Blackbaud continues to closely monitor the situation related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). That team meets regularly to review the latest information and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
With that information in mind, CIO4Good Summit will not take place in May 2020. We’re currently exploring options for rescheduling to a future state and will be happy to honor your registration for the new date or offer a flexible cancelation policy based on your needs.
For a full refund of the registration fees, submit a cancelation request in writing to Joanie Kwiatkowski or conference@blackbaud.com There will be no processing fee for refunds at this time. We will notify you of any changes once there is a rescheduled date for the summit. Please note that registration fees paid via credit card will only be refunded to that card if cancelation is completed within 90 days of transaction date. After the 90-day window, you will likely experience delays in reimbursement as this will be a manual reimbursement process. If you have booked a room at the Arlington Hilton we have gone ahead and cancelled all reservations under the block without any penalties.
In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding in this time of uncertainty. Every decision we make is guided by our priority to keep you safe. We will update you with more information as soon as we can. Contact Joanie Kwiatkowski with any concerns.
