Join us for a panel discussion moderated by Calli Hartman, Head of Customer Success for Blackbaud Corporate Impact, featuring Jamika Doakes, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at AT&T, and Erin Gollhofer Selfridge, a veteran in the CSR and non-profit sectors. Drawing from their extensive experiences, our panelists will share insights into overcoming challenges, driving innovation, and enhancing stakeholder understanding in their roles. This discussion promises to provide valuable perspectives and practical advice for both seasoned professionals and those new to CSR.

  • Erin Gollhofer Selfridge: Erin Gollhofer Selfridge has spent 20 years in the CSR & non-profit fields, working for some of the most well-known brands, including AT&T, the American Heart Association and Starbucks. She is an outcome-focused leader who has successfully launched purpose-led programs and partnerships that have positively impacted millions of youth & women around the world. She currently serves on the board of directors for Girls on the Run DFW and Richardson Reads One Book, is a graduate of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas Class of 2020 and is a member of the Texas Women’s Foundation’s XIX Society.
  • Kara Devita: As the President and Executive Director of Fossil Foundation and the Sr. Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Fossil Group, Kara has experience in leading the ESG sustainability and social impact strategy and execution for Fossil Group and its partners. She is passionate about unleashing the power of the rising generation and empowering women and girls through disruptive innovations and community partnerships with the world's leading social innovators. In her dual role, she leads the Fossil Foundation operations, board, and partnerships, as well as the global community engagement and social impact within the Make Time For Good framework. She leads Corporate Reporting related to Corporate Social Responsibility and spearhead the Executive Leadership Council. She will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align our Environmental, Social, and Governance priorities with the business strategy and values of Fossil Group.
  • Jamika Doakes: Jamika Doakes is Director, Corporate Social Responsibility at AT&T. In this role, Jamika is responsible for driving access and adoption in closing the digital divide. Jamika’s philanthropic portfolio includes national and local nonprofit organizations focusing on digital transformation across communities. In previous roles, Jamika worked alongside human resources on workforce development and reskilling to create and drive a more inclusive career pathway into AT&T for non-traditional talent.
  • Calli Hartman: Calli Hartman is the Head of Customer Success for Blackbaud’s Corporate Impact division, with more than 12 years of experience in customer success and professional services leadership. She leads the team that helps Blackbaud customers maximize the impact of their employee engagement, CSR, and ESG programs through YourCause and EVERFI solutions. A results-driven change agent with a background in community organizing and tech, Calli Hartman excels at unifying diverse stakeholders to deliver impact.
