Andrew J. Troup is the Chief Impact Officer for YourCause from Blackbaud, where he leads corporate social impact thought leadership, industry partnerships, and serves as a strategic CSR and Inclusion advisor to both internal and external teams, helping to design inclusive, purpose‑driven giving and engagement strategies that turn intention into impact. He is also the Host of the What Fuels You? vodcast, exploring the motivations, values, and lived experiences that shape today’s social impact leaders. An active arts advocate, Andrew, is a regular soloist with Musica Viva NY and currently serves on its board and previously served as a board member and Board Chair of TU Dance.
