Andrew J. Troup is the Director of Giving & Engagement at Blackbaud. In this role, Andrew is currently leading efforts toward building a network of key industry, thought leadership, and business partners across the sector to help jointly drive meaningful engagement and impact.

Andrew  also works as an extension and ambassador for the CSR team and programs at Blackbaud.

In addition, Andrew collaborates with organizations as they work to develop a comprehensive corporate giving & community engagement strategy.  This collaboration includes building authentic collaborative relationships with nonprofit partners, aligning philanthropy and engagement efforts with the core values of the business, fostering executive support, providing critical education to address the missing learning layer, designing programs that resonate with customers, attracting & retaining top employee talent, measuring impact, and leveraging technology to ultimately share a story of success using data, results, and shared language.
