Andrea Avtjoglou is the Director of Product Management, Your Cause & Data at Blackbaud.  In this role, Andrea leads the Your Cause & Corporate Impact data product teams.  She is inspired to connect companies and their employees to the causes they care about through Your Cause from Blackbaud and to provide innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations. She has delivered the first Corporate Impact data product for external customers, Impact Edge, that combines intuitive and visual-heavy dashboards and reports with first-in-the-market Generative AI capabilities.  Andrea believes in bringing together UX design principles, analytics and cutting-edge technology to iteratively build products that customers find user-friendly and powerful. 

Andrea joined Blackbaud in 2023 from a boutique data product consultancy directorship.  Previous to consulting, Andrea spent 13 years at Wells Fargo in progressively senior data analytics and product management positions, delivering enterprise solutions for customers & internal stakeholders. 

She also enjoys participating in panels & conference presentations about the intersection of AI, Product and corporate social responsibility.

Andrea graduated from Stanford University with a double major in Human Biology & Spanish, and is originally from the Philadelphia area, but calls Sioux Falls, South Dakota home.  When she is not working to deliver the best products to corporate impact customers, she is a single mom of two teenaged boys that keep her on her toes with school, sports, music, and fun.  She enjoys traveling the world and trying all of the delicious food along the way!
