Kate Laepple Hertzog is the Manager of Community Impact at Cencora, a Fortune 10 global pharmaceutical solutions company. In her role, she manages several global community impact programs including philanthropic disaster response, volunteer engagement, matching gifts, volunteer grants, and the Cencora Team Assistance Fund.
With over 25 years of experience in the social impact sector, Kate transitioned to corporate community impact nearly nine years ago. Despite this shift, she’ll always think of herself as nonprofit person who wears a corporate “costume.” Her professional passion is supporting team members to find ways to give back in their communities and she most recently led Cencora’s 2nd Annual Global Month of Impacted which activated more than 1000 volunteers in 8 countries.
