During this event, we will have two great projects for the local Charleston community.  Come stop by and put together a Teacher Care Kit for an educator in our community!  Our teachers work hard every day and we want to stash their desks with some basic necessities and treats.  We’re excited to provide 800 kits to Charleston County School District staff.  We will also be making fleece tie blankets for the Charleston Animal Society!  Many of the animals who come into the shelter are scared by their new surroundings and by giving them a cozy blanket in their new kennels, it helps them feel calmer and more at home…until they find their forever home!
