Reservations made by these unaffiliated organizations may falsely appear to be sanctioned by Blackbaud and purport to have artificially lower rates. In reality, these organizations have no relationship with the hotels and no rooms to sell. Expovision is the Official Hotel Reservation Provider for bbcon. Blackbaud can only guarantee the authenticity of hotel reservations booked through Expovision.
 

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All reservation names, date changes and cancellations must be received by the bbcon 2019 Hotel Reservation Office by September 13, 2019. Deposits are refundable if canceled prior to September 13, 2019 and hotel availability may be limited after this date. Cancellations should be completed online or submitted via email or fax to the Hotel Reservation Office.
