End-of-Year Giving: Not Quite What We Think It Is
Blackbaud Target Analytics recently completed a five-year (2013–2017) study of end-of-year giving (occurring annually from November 15-December 31). Results for giving during those weeks were compared and contrasted with giving that occurs throughout the calendar year.
In this session, we'll discuss the demographic characteristics of people giving at various times of the year, the timing of giving from your best annual fund/direct marketing donors, and the implications of the findings for your ongoing donor relations, stewardship, and solicitation.
