Lindsey Hoham serves as Colgate University's director of advancement operations. She has worked in institutional advancement for 11 years, spending the first four years in annual giving before moving over to operations. She oversees gift processing, alumni records, reporting, and database management. She served as the functional project manager for Colgate's recent database conversion to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. In addition to database management, her professional interests include compliance, data governance, and cross-campus technology innovation.
