Senior Principal, Customer Success
With over 10 years of extensive experience in development, Chris has a qualified perspective on all aspects of the donor life cycle, moves management, information management, data mining, and all other key areas within fundraising operations. Chris began working at Blackbaud in 2007 as an implementation consultant for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and subsequently Blackbaud CRM. Chris has held other roles in the company and is currently a senior principal within Blackbaud Customer Success. He works across departments to ensure his customers' success with Blackbaud's software and services solutions. Chris has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a master of education degree from the University of Virginia, and a master of business administration from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
