Shiloh Fallon has been working to make Blackbaud Luminate customers successful since 2009, first as a web developer in professional services and most recently as a senior business analyst in professional services. She is also passionate about nonprofits, previously working at Planned Parenthood Austin, the Texas Nurses Association, and the LBJ School of Public Affairs, where she completed a master of public affairs in 2000. In her off time, Shiloh enjoys yoga, cooking, and reading voraciously.
