KaLeigh graduated from Franklin College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Studio Art. She began officially working in the nonprofit world in February 2018 at the MHP Foundation. She earned her graduate certificate in nonprofit leadership from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in 2020. She currently serves on the local theatre group's Board of Trustees. She is an an Alfred Hitchcock fanatic and state pinball finalist.
