Gretchen Croteau has worked in Advancement Services at Bucknell University for the past 11 years, currently serving as Assistant Director and co-lead of the Blackbaud Educational Team. She's responsible for the completion and editing of documentation, the auditing of business processes with regards to Blackbaud CRM, and training all staff. Gretchen also works as a liaison between the report writer/analysts and end-users to gather information needed for project work and ensures the completion and training of newly developed features is communicated to the division.
In addition to her work at Bucknell, Gretchen co-owns an online bakery and spends as much time with her spouse and two kids as she can.
