Brad is a Senior UX Designer on the Financials, Corporations & Foundations team.
Prior to joining Blackbaud, Brad worked as a designer and consultant with Red Privet where he worked on a wide variety of research and design projects within the healthcare and financial industries.
Brad has held team leadership positions as an Interaction Designer for two software organizations — PeopleMatter and Benefitfocus. Throughout his career he has worked on a wide-range of user-centered design projects geared toward making complex domains easier to understand and less expensive to use.
He holds a Master of Arts in Professional Communication (MAPC) from Clemson University.
As a native of Seneca, SC, he has a deep appreciation for the work of non-profits. He has worked with numerous non-profit organizations and loves working with people who are committed to making a positive social impact within their communities.
