Lauren Montenegro bCRE has been working in Development for 24 years, focusing largely on building data information systems and processes using The Raiser’s Edge. Her resume includes higher education, a stint as a Raiser’s Edge consultant for Blackbaud performing system analysis, and building – and continuing to enhance— Einstein Healthcare Network's data infrastructure over the last fifteen years. Lauren oversees Einstein's prospect research, information systems, gift processing, financial management and reporting, and quality assurance and compliance and specializes in creating innovative solutions within The Raiser’s Edge that address needs across the Development enterprise. She is adept at collaborating with other teams in the department to help them diagnose their needs and to devise innovative solutions.
