Nicola joined Blackbaud Target Analytics in 2011 after 15 years in the nonprofit industry using many of the Blackbaud Target Analytics’ tools to analyze and guide strategic decisions for nonprofit organizations. Previously, Nicola was the director of list services at Chapman Cubine Adams & Hussey where she oversaw the acquisition planning strategies for clients. She started her career in direct-response marketing there and was associated with the firm for 12 years, wearing many hats during her tenure. She also served as the client services director for Fraudscreen (London, UK), a consumer intelligence database agency focused on enabling organizations to recognize and predict fraud. Nicola completed a master’s degree in international economics and American foreign policy at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Nicola currently develops and presents research on global and market-specific fundraising trends at conferences and client benchmarking meetings in the United States, Australia, Germany, and the UK.
