Jerusha Schmalzel is a Technical Solutions Engineer on the Arts & Cultural team at Blackbaud, the world’s leading cloud software company powering social good. Prior to joining Blackbaud, she spent 12 years fundraising for arts organizations around the country. She loves teaching boards to raise money, major gift acquisition, and specializes in rebuilding development programs in crisis. When she’s not at work, you can find her hiking in the Tucson desert with her Border Collies, Tucker and Chuy.
