As a business consultant at Blackbaud, Mike is focused on providing thoughtful guidance to his customers around program strategy and processes. Prior to his time in the fundraising technology, Mike worked as a frontline fundraiser for over 13 years. At the University of Minnesota, he worked in grateful patient fundraising in an academic health center and managed California as part of the regional development program. He has also worked in the community foundation realm, where he collaborated with professional advisors around their clients’ philanthropic goals. He has an undergraduate economics degree and a law degree from the University of Iowa.
