As a Sr. Team Lead, Melissa manages a portfolio of clients and a team of business analysts that deliver recurring services. She enjoys being a leader and mentoring the team and thrives on her customer’s success in her management of their accounts. During her 15 year tenure at Blackbaud, she’s helped customers achieve their fundraising goals and is dedicated to making a delightful customer experience while helping to ensure they succeed in their mission. In her spare time, Melissa volunteers for the Hope Lodge - American Cancer Society as well as Habitat for Humanity both located in Charleston, SC
