Jessica (Jessy) has 15 years of experience leading not-for-profit customers through successful implementations of Blackbaud fundraising solutions. As a solutions consultant at Blackbaud, Jessy specializes in enterprise-level engagements. Her experience includes scoping, training, Discovery Assessments, business process redesign, project management, testing support and creation of functional requirements for application product development and customizations. Jessy has worked with some of Blackbaud’s largest customers across the U.S. and abroad, with over two years spent in Blackbaud’s European office.
