                                                    At Blackbaud, Jessica is a member of the Customer Success Onboarding & Adoption team supporting Fundraising and CRM Solutions. As a Program Manager Jessica manages thought leadership and functional content for CSMs and customers to utilize with their existing solutions. 
Since joining Blackbaud in 2005, Jessica has worked with customers as an implementation consultant, solution engineer, and Customer Success Manager.
Additionally, she serves on the board of AMOR Healing Kitchen, a nonprofit based in Charleston, SC. Outside of work hiking, baking, and playing with her dog, Ezzy occupy her time.
