Throughout the last 20 years, Michelle’s career and experience have had a common thread of how to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and align with strategic goals.

Before joining Blackbaud, Michelle was the Associate Dean at The Citadel Graduate College and has served in various capacities of marketing and services within the software industry.
