Rachel Bailey is currently the Raiser's Edge NXT Database Administrator at Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver where she has served since 2014. Before entering the development world, she worked in collections management, informal education, and program administration at a variety of Denver museums. All of her professional roles have involved working with data systems and training end users.

Rachel studied Anthropology and Spanish at the University of Denver and has lived in Spain, Peru, and England. These unique experiences taught her the importance of communication, interpreting social cues, and adapting to new situations, all of which have helped her grow in her professional career. Between trips abroad with friends and family, she enjoys recuperating at home with more solitary pursuits like reading, crocheting, crosswords, and baking.
