Rebecca Leddick has been working with non-profit organizations applying technology, insights, predictive models and best practices since 2007. While at Abila (formerly Sage) she specialized in bringing technology to higher education and healthcare organizations and then parlayed that work into her role at Reeher. There she was able to broaden her view and expertise to incorporate rich data and insights into direct work with vice presidents of advancement and other fundraising leaders, helping them organize the work of their teams and transform their institutional cultures through active officer management and annual giving segmentation driven by data. Since the acquisition of Reeher by Blackbaud, Rebecca has continued to focus on bringing this work to colleges and universities of all kinds.

Rebecca has lived with her family in Edina, Minnesota since 2012 but still considers Austin, TX home. She works out of the Blackbaud office in St. Paul.
