Jessica is a Senior Account Executive for Blackbaud’s Higher Education FinTech Solutions and has been with Blackbaud since 1998. She has held various roles throughout her tenure at Blackbaud which include; helping customers utilize their solution as a Customer Support Analyst, managing the Customer Beta program for the initial release of Financial Edge, implementing Financial Edge at various non-profit organizations and over the past 10 years assisting prospective customers with the evaluation of Financial Edge and Financial Edge NXT. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time with her family, and blue water vacations. Jessica is based in Charleston, SC.
