Matt Combs is the Founder and CEO of YourCause, a leading SaaS provider of employee engagement solutions for large enterprises and donor management solutions for nonprofits. Born and raised in Ithaca, New York, and a graduate of Cornell University, Matt has spent the last 20-years diving head first into Internet-based technologies, software, and solutions. YourCause is the second company he has conceived and successfully launched, which currently employs over 150 people. Along the way, Matt has picked up two languages (Spanish and Portuguese), is an avid baseball (Yankees) and college basketball (Syracuse) fan, and is passionate about being an amazing father to his three children (Sophia-12, Annabella-10, Mateo-7). Matt currently lives outside of Dallas, Texas but when his schedule allows, finds any excuse to get closer to the ocean.
