Vicki Morcos has been with the Dunham Fund since 2013. In her role as the Partnership Officer, she collaborates with foundations and corporations who have similar missions to leverage resources. By partnering, nonprofits are often able to secure additional funding for programs and projects for area nonprofits in the Dunham Fund service area. Vicki also helps to foster collaboration between organizations - to deepen and leverage impact within the community. During the past four years, she has overseen professional development workshops to local nonprofits that are offered ten months out of the year. A huge focus is on the Fall Workshop Series that helps organizations prepare for #GivingTuesday. Through these efforts, nonprofits have seen an increase of close to 80% in dollars raised and donor support.
