Krystal Brooks is an experienced nonprofit and Business School professional working to support and empower women to achieve their goals. She serves as Director of College and PreMBA Programs for Forté, a non-profit alliance of universities, corporations, and donors working together to see more women leading. Krystal is the program director for Forté MBALaunch, a 10-month MBA preparatory program for women, a suite of 13 Forté Forums, multi-school recruitment fairs, and Forté Rising Stars, a virtual career readiness program for college women. Krystal brings to the role extensive experience cultivated in varying roles at Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business, most recently as Director of Masters Admissions. Krystal earned an MA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a BA from Lycoming College and pursued executive education from Carnegie Mellon University. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband, two children and overly active Shih Tzu, and enjoys music and the arts.
