Laura Simpkins has worked in fundraising for over 20 years is currently the Director of Prospect Management & Strategy with the Inova Health Foundation a regional hospital system located in Northern VA. In this role Laura works directly with the Foundation’s development officers to manage their portfolios, providing assistance with strategies, analysis and research.

Laura has taken the lead in training the development staff on RE NXT sharing tips, tricks and updates, creating converts along the way.

Laura earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her MLS from the University of Kentucky.
