Alexia Chapparone is a program manager for Payment Services. In this role, she is responsible for leading business initiatives, processes, and enhancements for Blackbaud’s Payments API. Alexia engages with clients from an advisory position, listening to their unique needs and finding the right solutions to solve their use cases. Alexia joined the Blackbaud in 2012 as one of the founding members of the Support team for Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) and played an integral role in the launch of new Payments features including Credit Card Updater and Blackbaud MobilePay. She quickly grew into a mentoring role for fellow teammates and transitioned to Sales to offer her Payments knowledge to Blackbaud customers. Her eleemosynary work is positioned around people, pets and plants. You can find Alexia on regular beach cleanups, park beautification projects, and at her local animal shelter. She is based in sunny San Diego.
