Michelle Naggar Reichenbach is a Corporate Social Responsibility professional at Marriott International, Inc., and she is based in Stamford, Connecticut. Michelle serves as President of the TakeCare Relief Fund, Inc., a charitable organization that makes need-based financial grants available to Marriott employees who are impacted by a natural disaster or unforeseen personal hardship. Prior to Marriott’s acquisition of Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2016, Michelle was Vice President of Social Responsibility for Starwood and President of the Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Foundation. Michelle led the social responsibility efforts for Starwood including philanthropy, social governance, disaster response, charitable partnerships and employee engagement programs.

A graduate of Columbia Business School, Michelle has studied in the U.S. and Spain, and has a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Biology from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
