Naomi Harding has been helping nonprofits use Raiser’s Edge more effectively for more than 20 years. In 1999, she joined Blackbaud as a customer support analyst and later transitioned to the Educational Services team as an Instructor, where she expanded her repertoire to include Crystal, NetCommunity, Education Edge, Altru, ResearchPoint, Blackbaud CRM, and Blackbaud’s education management portfolio.
Naomi has been a speaker and led interactive sessions at many Blackbaud conferences, User Group sessions, and other regional nonprofit events.
