Molly Ward is a Senior Instructional Designer at Blackbaud and the Curriculum Lead for Raiser’s Edge NXT. She is responsible for the direction of the Raiser’s Edge NXT training courses and helping users do their jobs more efficiently. In her six years at Blackbaud, Molly has also served as the Altru Curriculum Lead and as an Instructor with Blackbaud University.
Prior to joining Blackbaud, Molly served as a fundraiser for many organizations in the Carolinas, including: the YMCA of Greater Charlotte; the Discovery Place science and technology museum; and the College of Charleston. She enjoys using her real-life fundraising experience to help today’s fundraisers be successful.
Molly lives in North Carolina with her husband and two sons.
