Traci has 32 years of experience in fundraising and organizational development in the non-profit sector. Her career expertise is focused on non-profit infrastructure design and fundraising database creation and maintenance. For the last 25 years, she has actively served as member of the Philanthropy team at Fred Hutch. Traci's role has evolved over time and she has had the opportunity to enthusiastically work with eight VP/Interim VP leaders. She currently oversees the 25-member Advancement Services team. She has consulted with more than 50 non-profit groups in the Greater Puget Sound area and beyond, across all non-profit sectors. As part of her ongoing professional development, she networks with software vendors and technology experts across the United States.
