Jennifer Cressotti worked in the non-profit sector for 18 years before joining Blackbaud’s Customer Success team in 2014. She started her professional career as a student and community organizer and went on to run a national nonprofit that worked with college and high school students on poverty issues. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Jennifer was a Regional Director of Events with the Foundation Fighting Blindness and focused on peer-to-peer, event, and major gift fundraising. While with the Foundation, she helped expand its national walk-a-thon and dinner gala programs. This experience has helped Jennifer provide meaningful support and guidance to Blackbaud’s customers over the years.

Jennifer is based in Austin where she lives with her husband and two dogs. She loves spending time outdoors – hiking and paddleboarding – when the temperatures permit.
