This skills lab will review the steps for creating a donor acknowledgement automation using Power Automate. We will first discuss pre-planning for your automation based on the information critical for acknowledgement letters in your organization and how your data is stored in RENXT. The session will culminate in a review of a simple donor acknowledgement template that you can modify to fit your needs.
