Using some minimal SDK and by changing the use of existing fields, we've created a new core data point - Prospect Plan Move. Moves track meaningful progressions of prospect plans through the stages of our moves model (Qualification, Engagement, Cultivation, Ask, Stewardship). Bringing this data through to Power BI we can provide core metrics and KPIs relating to plan stagnation at all stages, time in stage, interactions since last move etc. All our perfoRmance management has been reconfigured to primarily use this as opposed to no. of meetings, no. of interactions etc.
