This session will discuss the evolution of a Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT / Microsoft Planner workflow (powered by Microsoft Power Automate) that we use to project manage our grant process from research to application to reporting. Since implementing this workflow, and as staff have been interacting with these tools, we've made a bunch of iterative changes to fit the tool to the way our distributed team prefers to work.
