I am currently a senior software engineer at UNC Chapel Hill and have been customizing the Blackbaud CRM for 10 years. I have been with UNC Chapel Hill for 8 years and prior to working with UNC I worked at Wake Forest University and was part of the implementation of Blackbaud CRM. I am an original member of the Blackbaud CRM Developers group and have attended this conference since the beginning.
