Jean has been with Luminate Onlline Professional Services for twelve years, first with Convio and then with Blackbaud. Her focus is on supporting enterprise-level clients, with an emphasis on TeamRaiser implementation. Prior to joining Convio, she worked for a large non-profit organization where Luminate support was part of her responsibility.

Outside of work, Jean enjoys literature, art, music, good food and spending time with family and friends.
