| Jackie Huffman is a Process Engineer in Blackbaud’s Business Operations Department. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ (www.asq.org) and Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org). She has been with Blackbaud since 2008 and worked in software companies since 1988. She worked as a user interface designer on Altru, the Arts and Cultural Solution, and Blackbaud CRM. Jackie has an MBA and Master of Arts in Secondary Education. Jackie helps improve Blackbaud’s business processes. She has worked on process improvement projects in most departments of the company. She teaches Root Cause Analysis and Lean to Blackbaud team members to help grow a culture of continuous improvement. Jackie has a passion for helping organizations that rescue, rehabilitate and release sick or injured marine animals. She volunteered at the South Carolina Aquarium’s sea turtle hospital for 8 years while living in Charleston, SC. Jackie now lives in Tarpon Springs, FL and volunteers with the Clearwater Marine Aquarium’s Inspire and Rescue Teams. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium rescues sea turtles and dolphins and will soon be helping manatees. |
