Kenneth is a Business Analyst with a degree in information systems from from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He has been working at Blackbaud since graduating college, and during that time he has grown his knowledge there on the non-profit industry, email marketing, and cloud based software. He specializes in Luminate Online and Luminate CRM. His previous experience includes working in support, as well as experience in military intelligence for the US Army and a slew of other random jobs.
